We meet up at the designated meet up point and wait for everyone to arrive before kicking off with the event. Please make sure you arrive no later than 19:10 as after that you will not be able to join if you are running late.

Once we go into the venue and ...the evening starts , and it doesn't have to end at 9pm if you're enjoying the evening...
Where is this event taking place? And why is the meet up point listed and not the actual venue?
This event is happening in an awesome venue in the Kensington area in West London. The exact venue will be disclosed on the day to attendees who show up at the meet up point as this is how this group's events are run. This is to create a sense of mystery/anticipation for all who attend.
What do I need to bring on the day of the event?
Please bring your ticket for the event . (In the event that the event is rescheduled the original ticket with the original date is valid)
Will there be an even mix of men and women at this event?
No guarantees can be given that there will be an even mix of men and women. Connected Exclusive Events has no control over who RSVPs and shows up on the day. In rare cases where the RSVP rates are too low to run the event, the event will be rescheduled, and attendees notified of the new date.
Can I bring someone else/a friend with me?
Yes of course, just ensure that a plus one(or however many people you are bringing with you) is added and paid for when you RSVP.
What is the dress code for this event?
Smart Casual. Feel free to come in whatever makes you feel comfortable, however please do make an effort.(e.g. So no hoodies, tracksuits, sliders trainers etc.. )
Who will be running this event?
This event is being run by the host/organizer of Connected Exclusive Events, Lou who is a Mastery Facilitator and passionate about connecting people. You can read more about Lou/Connected Exclusive Events in the About section.
How do I find the group on the day?
The host will be at the designated meet up location(see photo) with a pink or orange lanyard/card. Attendees will get an email after RSVPs close with last minute details like phone number etc..Ensure you arrive no later than 10 mins after event start time as you will not be able to join in after.
If I need to get hold of the organizer/host on the day of the event, how do I do that?
All attendees will get the contact number to be used only on the day to contact the host 10 minutes before and after the start of the event. Please call as texts will not get replies. Do not contact outside these times or send emails as host will not be able to respond due to running of events.
I am going to be late and will likely not be on time for the Meet and Greet. What do I do?
Call the host 10 mins before the event starts or 10 mins after the start of the event to advise as it is not always possible to join once the group leaves for the venue. Text messages and emails will not be responded to on the day as the host is running events. Please make sure to be on time.
I have RSVPd, but something last minute has come up and I cannot attend, what do I do?
Please let the host know as this means a better experience can be curated for those that do turn up on the day. If you're not sure of your availability please RSVP nearer the time before RSVPs close, or attend as a cash on the day attendee, and just pay on the day(subject to availability).
What happens if the event cannot be run due to unforeseen circumstances?
If for unforeseen circumstance there is a need to either reschedule or cancel or cancel the event, all attendees will be notified by email. If attendees cannot attend the rescheduled event they can choose to attend another event of their choice (same price). Only cancelled events are refunded.
What is your refund policy?
Refunds are not given under any circumstance, unless the event needs to be cancelled completely. Refunds are not given for no shows, late arrivals,if you're not happy with the event, who and how many people showed up or if the events needs to be rescheduled due to cancellations or low RSVP numbers.
Is there parking available and easy access to public transport to the event location?
Please refer to meet up address to check for parking in the area and public transport to get to the meet up point.
Is there anything else I need to know?
Yes. Connected Exclusive Events offers a satisfaction guarantee: in the rare event that an event has a good RSVP rate but a low turn out rate of attendees on the day and those that show up choose not to continue with the event all those attendees can attend another event for free!
